Development Control Committee

The committee that makes planning decisions is called the Development Control Committee. Papers for each committee will be made publically available 3 days before the scheduled meeting. These meetings, unless otherwise stated, take place at the Lake District National Park Authority offices at:

Archive Committee Papers 2008, Archive Committee Papers 2007 and Archive Committee Papers 2005 and 2006 from December 2005 onwards are available online. For previous papers, please email hq@lake-district.gov.uk or call 01539 724555 with the name of the committee and approximate date.

The only exception are those items which would infringe copyright or would not be dealt with in public for reasons of confidentiality.
