Ecological Skills for Biologists
Students will be introduced to ecological sampling techniques through practical fieldwork activities.
Use of quadrats, transects and pinframes will be incorporated into mini projects. This module offers a choice of investigations and data collection techniques appropriate to exam specifications or individual requirements.
Location: White Moss Common or Craggy Wood
Duration: Full day (6 hours) or half day (2 hours 30 minutes)
