This module involves making and testing a prediction using the freshwater environment as a case study.

Both Windermere lake and our pond at Brockhole provide comparative data on invertebrate diversity and abundance to aid understanding of animal adaptations, food webs and biomass pyramids.

Wellingtons are advised.
