Whose National Park?
Pupils take on a variety of roles to illustrate the conflicting demands of local residents and visitors to the National Park. They debate in role a proposal for a new development in the Lake District and learn to support their viewpoint with well thought-out and reasoned argument.
Comparisons are drawn between the role-play and real life management of the National Park.
