Fellwalking in the Lake District National Park

This module helps pupils to develop personal team work sills and environmental values, which will enable them to enjoy the outdoors safely.

This is the ideal opportunity for fun and exciting activities in a cross-curricular programme. Options available include orienteering, shelter building and camp cooking.

Location: Lake District Visitor Centre at Brockhole by Windermere or a variety of locations

Duration: Half day - 2 hours 30 minutes or full day - 6 hours

This is an environmental award scheme focused on wild places. It encourages awareness and responsibility for the natural environment in a spirit of fun and adventure. It's non-competitive and open to all.
