Archaeology in the Lake District 2008 conference
What happened on Saturday 18 October 2008
Our conference last Saturday was a sell out, with around 200 people attending to hear an exciting range of presentations. This year we also had a variety of exhibitions in the foyer on a variety of projects including:
- Ring Cairns to Reservoirs in the Duddon Valley
- In the Footsteps of Mary Fair - Eskdale
- English Heritage Rock Art project
And in 2009?
We will be arranging an annual conference in 2009 . The exact date and details will appear here, so watch this space!
