Development Control Committee
The committee that makes planning decisions is called the Development Control Committee. Papers for each committee will be made publically available 3 days before the scheduled meeting. These meetings, unless otherwise stated, take place at the Lake District National Park Authority offices at:

Agendas will become available approximately one week before the meeting.
Minutes are listed under the meeting date where they are presented to committee members. So for example minutes for a January meeting will appear in the associated papers for the February meeting.

Archive Committee Papers 2007 and Archive Committee Papers 2005 and 2006 from December 2005 onwards and are available on this website. For previous papers, please email hq@lake-district.gov.uk or call 01539 724555 with the name of the committee and approximate date.
The only exception are those items which would infringe copyright or would not be dealt with in public for reasons of confidentiality.
