A Duty Planner is available 9.30 - 12.30pm Monday to Friday. Call 01539 724555 or in person at our head office in Kendal. This is a first come first served basis and no appointment is necessary.

Our free planning surgeries allow you to get detailed planning information from a qualified planner. Surgeries are run on a ‘first come, first served basis’, with no appointment necessary. Please check in advance if you wish to see a specific member of staff.
Bowness Information Centre between 11 am and 12.30 pm on:
- 8 and 22 October
- 5 and 19 November
- 3 and 17 December
Gosforth Public Hall between 12 noon and 1.30 pm:
- 23 October
- 20 November
- 18 December
Keswick at Moot Hall, Keswick Town Council Chamber or Keswick Registrars Office between 11 am and 12.30 pm every Wednesday on:
- 1 October at Registrars Office, and 8, 15, 22 and 29 October at Council Chamber
- 5, 12, 19 and 26 November - venues to be confirmed
- 3, 10, 17 and 24 December - venues to be confimed
