Much of the former Keswick Railway route is suitable for wheelchairs. The best access is from the road to Brundholme, south west of Wescoe where there is limited space to leave a car. Alternatively you can access the route at Low Briery Holiday Village, but here vehicle parking is not possible.

Whether you decide to follow the route east or west there is about 2 miles of possible pathway to follow. The route follows the River Greta and the riverbank and woodland attract plenty of birdlife to watch out for.
