Tutored Modules: Secondary

Fellwalking in the Lake District National Park

Lifelong learning

  • Stuck for ideas for KS3 fieldwork?
  • Unsure about GCSE Geography?
  • Swapping specifications at A level?

We offer activities for secondary students at some stunning locations. Choose from hour long talks about Lake District issues, to full day studies of landforms and land use in remote glaciated valleys. Whether you want your students to carry out an investigation into downstream changes in an upland stream, or visit a traditional hill sheep farm we'll do our best to meet your needs.

The links on the left give an outline of the different modules available. But please feel free to get in touch if there is anything you would like to ask. Contact Samantha Carter or Tracey Chaplin, Education Visits Administrators on 015394 40800 or email education@lake-district.gov.uk

A levels - can we help?

We are developing fresh modules and tailoring our current ones in-line with the new A Level specifications. Interested? Want to know more? We would be delighted to hear from you. Please contact us.
