Employee Relations Committee
The Employee Relations Committee reports to Authority. It meets:
- To consider and determine appeals, disciplinary and grievance matters by staff
- To discuss matters concerning relations with staff
- To determine applications for early retirement and voluntary redundancy in the interests of the efficiency of the service
- To determine disciplinary and capability issues of such staff as are prescribed in standing orders, with appeals going to full authority but excluding members who sit on this committee.
