Development Control Committee
The Development Control Committee meets each month to consider planning applications and enforcement issues and other matters relating to the Town and Country Planning Acts.

Archive Committee Papers 2007 and Archive Committee Papers 2005 and 2006 from December 2005 onwards and are available on this website. For previous papers, please email hq@lake-district.gov.uk or call 01539 724555 with the name of the committee and approximate date.
The only exception are those items which would infringe copyright or would not be dealt with in public for reasons of confidentiality.
