Building fences in the Lake District National Park

The Lake District National Park Authority values equality and diversity within the organisation. The new Equality and Diversity Framework is a further commitment to our aims.

A key aspect to the framework is partnership working. We need to engage with people from different diversity groups in order to build an organisation based upon mutual respect, fairness and social inclusion for all. With your input we hope to improve our current practices and procedures.
