There are no National Requirements for applications for the approval of details reserved by condition except that they should be made in writing.
However, you may choose to use the form above and send us some or all of the following:
- Completed Application Form
- A plan which identifies the land to which the application relates drawn to a scale of 1:1250 or 1:2500 and showing the direction of North
- A copy of other plans and drawings or information necessary to describe the subject of the application
- Photographs/Photomontages
- Planning Statement
