Application for the removal or variation of a condition following grant of planning permission
In order to vary or remove a condition which was placed upon the decision notice of a previous planning decision it is necessary to submit a further planning application.

National Requirements
Forms
- 4 copies of the relevant application form.
Certificates
- Completed certificate of ownership ( most commonly A if you're the owner and certificate B if you're not). These must be signed and dated and the owner notified. If Ownership Certificates B, C or D have been completed, notice must be given in accordance with Article 7 of the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995
- Completed agricultural holidings certificate. Part ‘A’ if none of the land relates to, or is part of an agricultural holding, part ‘B’ if the land does relate to, or forms part of an agricultural holding.
